Leadership Training for the Academic Staff of the Department of Nursing at Hitit University Faculty of Health Sciences

A leadership training program for the academic staff of the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Hitit University, was held on June 5, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the faculty conference hall.

During the training delivered by Dr. Ayşe Burcu BAŞÇI, the focus was placed on developing leadership skills in nursing education, team management, and strengthening the culture of quality in healthcare services. In addition, the program aimed to contribute to the professional development of academic staff within the scope of accreditation standards in nursing education.

The training was considered an important achievement in terms of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes in nursing education and also contributed to increasing awareness of the accreditation process.

At the end of the program, Dr. Ayşe Burcu BAŞÇI was thanked for her valuable contributions.
